PipeFlo is aware of the numerous advantages that the usage of polyethylene pipes, instead of the more traditional piping materials, can offer to a wide range of sectors. Compared to other pipe materials used for urban water and gas distribution, polyethylene pipes have a very low repair frequency per Kilometre per year. This means that HDPE is the favoured piping material, across an astonishing range of applications.

HDPE pipes should be able to  withstand continuous solar radiation over a minimum of a 50-year period. We add first generation recycled SABS material, to all mixes used to manufacture HDPE pipes. 

All our pipes ensure customer satisfaction at competitive prices. The PipeFlo markings and specifications on our pipes, together with product guarantee, signify our tradition of continual quality product improvement. We add carbon black to all mixes ensuring excellent UV resistance.

PipeFlo manufactures its pipes according to the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) tolerances. We manufacture our pipes comparable to products bearing the SABS /ISO mark but at much reduced prices. Our products do not carry the SABS mark because we use recycled material, which is of absolute prime quality. For projects where the SABS mark is not a statutory requirement PipeFlo quality products do offer a major saving in cost of ownership.

PipeFlo has a high production capacity and the delivery time from the date of order to the actual delivery is generally short.
